I purchased a a Sthil roof blower extension , I asked the salesperson to look after me on price …. he charged 93.95 and told me it’s the retail price , and if “you pay the rent for the week, I’ll give it you for free”. I paid , walked out , realized the retail price was 80 on the sthil website, he gave me the difference and told me , that was the retail suggested price he didn’t have to sell it for that much . Then Refused to give me a tax invoice . Will never buy anything from that franscise again
