I'm not super knowledgeable about welders, I was not to sure as to what to get for my needs. But the staff at Gentronics made the process way easier for a person like me. They are Kind, Respectful and they are always happy to answer any questions I had in the most easiest way I could understand... I strongly recommend this place... That and they have Free Coffee :D

Took my mower in February this year to get a basic service, was quoted a particular price and when I went in to pick it up the price came well above the original quoted price.When questioned about the price Mark became rude and abrupt…..To come home and find out it wasn’t cutting right due to poorly aligned blades after the sharpen, took it back for him to set the blades properly, he returned the mower back with loosen bolts for the blades.Had to take it back again for the third time to which I was frustrated and annoyed and there was no apologises just a rude response.Mower has never been the same since and does not run properly.I would never recommend this business to anyone! Nor does he accept responsibility for major stuff ups or his arrogant rude behaviour that’s the truth!!!!!

Review from a few months ago, wasn't sure about posting as it was my only experience with them and I went to them as the reviews were so good. Don't get me wrong, they know their stuff.. really great knowledge! They did a great job fixing the mower.However, ad a female customer I felt I was treated differently to the male customer, who came in when I was there. Maybe it was a bad day, but I got grumpy customer service, didn't like having lunch interrupted by me, the customer. Went to Coast... mowers next time, more pleasant, great knowledge as well.
