After speaking with 3 lawn mowing shops and Karcher direct, I managed to find this place on Google to find a head gasket for my 173cc RV170.All the other places werent interested in helping me out because its only $20 of business, but Ben at Rato was super helpful, had parts in stock and handled with great customer service.

Old school customer service is hard to find and these guys deliver. No question to big or to small (and I ask a lot of questions). My father and I just bought two 15hp 420cc engines for our buggy projects. I have done a lot of research on Rato and with the product knowledge of Ben on all his products I have no doubt these engines will deliver what they promise. Even just assessing build quality when you pull the engine out of the box you know they will run well. Thanks again guys!

After looking a many machines and buying one from a tool supply shop on Sat only to return it on Sunday I decided to spend a bit of extra money and buy the Predator 3300psi machine today. Got home and after a quick setup, fuel and a few tugs I was blown away, well the dirt was blown away! Quickly and effortlessly, just as promised. Great machine, great people to deal with and great results. I have no hesitation in recommending this unit. Spend a bit more and get lots more value. Look at my limestone wall after just one or two quick passes, unbelievable!!

This is not a five star review it is a 10 star review because Predator Power saved me from a stupid mistake I made and it didn't cost me a cent. I bought a generator and it worked superbly until I filled it up for the second time from a can that had diesel in it instead of petrol. The generator then started to blow smoke and be difficult to start. In the end it would not start. I rang Predator Power and they were most accommodating asked me to bring it in. I did and when they discovered my problem they were most kind. They didn't shame me and additionally they didn't charge me for fixing up my whole mess. I would 100% recommend Predator Power for after sales service. BTW the generator is now working again like a dream.

Fantastic customer service, I went in for a pump kit for an old engine I had and Ben even installed it on my engine so he was sure it was all done correctly. Super happy I will be going back again for sure.

I needed an ignition coil to suit a 420cc engine as I was narrowing down an issue I was experiencing and was good to have spares for the engine. As it was around Christmas period I could not get the part anywhere and Ben happened to be in the Warehouse and the part in stock. Having parts in stock is very rare these days. This is why I'll come back and recommend everyone.
